The location was beside the speed mart. The room is quite big with two queen beds. 2 mins from Pasar Kuala Sungai Baru and 5mins from Ngeteh Cafe Beach.

The distance from our family day location is just 9 minutes and the deposit can be paid using credit card with a surcharge of RM3. There's speedmart99 next door.

the room, towel and bedsheet were clean. we were in room no 2, the water heater is working well. although there is no restaurant or interesting view outside the hotel, it is close to the Pengkalan Balak beach, about 5 minutes by car. The room is comfortable for a couple. There is a speedmart downstairs.

Aircond, sejadah, kettel. Cups available. Clean bed. Toliet good lighting, due to frosted glass.

Strategic place to stay. Near to the beach. In between got shop and mini market. Also got 24 hours laundry nearby.
